Refunds (Store Credit Only)
LH Peptides does not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.

If an issue is approved—such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—store credit will be issued equal to the value of the affected product. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and does not expire.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue promptly and, if deemed eligible, resolve it through store credit or replacement at our discretion.

To report an issue, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Failure to report issues within a reasonable time frame may result in the claim being denied.
