What's your typical delivery time?
We offer same-day shipping for orders placed before 2 PM EST (Monday-Friday). Most domestic orders arrive within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
How should products be stored?
For optimal stability, peptides should be stored in a freezer at -20°C (-4°F) upon receipt. Before reconstitution, keep vials in their original packaging protected from light.
Can I return an unopened product?
We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging with seals intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Is there a minimum order?
No, we do not have a minimum order requirement. However, orders over $150 qualify for free express shipping within the United States.
